Assess to what extent workers are involved in restructuring processes and what positive impact it has on the enhancement of their capability for work, i.e. their possibility to have a valuable job.

Why is it important?

At a time when corporations are submitted to frequent, and sometimes even constant, restructuring processes, it is crucial to see that these processes are conducted in an appropriate way. We contend that a capability-friendly perspective to restructuring processes may contribute to more economic efficiency and increased well-being and agency of employees.
