What is it about?

The Italian School-to-work transition is astonishingly slow and long in comparison to the other EU countries. In this paper we provide a measure of this duration in Italy, Austria, Poland and the UK a through the flexible baseline hazard approach we find evidence of positive duration dependence at the beginning of the transition and slightly negative thereafter.
