Why is it important?
Employees are not usually in the process of the decision making at the highest level. Crowd deliberation platforms can bring their voice to the table if it is clear and organized.
Perspectives
This was a very interesting project we have developed in Intel that resulted with some very applicable ideas the corporate managements found useful.
