What is it about?

Dairy is an important food commodity. We have applied lean management practices to evaluate whether these practices can improve dairy business performance. In this study, we implemented lean management practices in dairy operations, such as process optimization, waste reduction, and resource management. These practices were evaluated to determine their impact on key performance indicators like production efficiency, cost reduction, product quality, and customer satisfaction. By streamlining processes and eliminating non-value-adding activities, we aimed to create a more sustainable and profitable dairy business model.
