What is it about?
The objective of this study is to develop an integrated framework combining Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and the DMAIC methodology for enhancing Supply Chain Management (SCM). It demonstrates how LSS can be applied to optimize supply chain performance and improve customer satisfaction. The study also provides valuable insights into the lessons learned and practical implications of LSS implementation in SCM. To validate the proposed framework, a case study was conducted with a spare parts manufacturing company in Egypt, offering empirical evidence of its effectiveness in real-world settings.
