What is it about?

This research examines how the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry can integrate circular economy (CE) principles with the help of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to address climate change. By using the Best-Worst Method for precise analysis this study identifies and prioritizes the obstacles, to adopting AI-powered CE ultimately providing a roadmap for sustainable practices. The results offer strategies to overcome these challenges highlighting the importance of this study in promoting development and mitigating climate change. This research contributes by bridging the gap between AI and CE knowledge presenting strategies for the F&B sector to transition, towards sustainability.
