What is it about?

This paper explains research findings that a business founder's mindset is a strong predictor of the success of their venture. Those who scored highest on an Innovativeness Index had dramatically higher profits, revenues and job creation, and a lower failure rate. This research on more than 300 diverse entrepreneurs was made possible thanks for cooperation from the Kauffman Foundation for entrepreneurship.
