Nurse staffing levels and outcomes – mining the UK national data sets for insight

What is it about?

Nurses spend a lot of time collecting data but when we tried to use this data we fund it was not very useful. We need to spend resource on collecting less, more accurate data.

Why is it important?

If we don't collect good data it makes it very hard to make good decisions about things like staffing hospitals. Its also means a lot of time is wasted which could be better used.
