Perspectives

Global patient satisfaction is influenced by several quality dimensions. Our study focuses on technical and functional quality, and corporate image; by using theses dimensions, administrators and managers have an overall hospital service-quality picture by uncovering data patterns (using latent class models), that influence policy makers and policy-processes.
