Unlocking the “SHERO” within: an exploration of how female entrepreneurs in the Caribbean use digital technologies for business transformation

What is it about?

While women face a range of challenges in their business pursuits, through the use of digital technologies, female entrepreneurs in the Caribbean are driving innovative solutions and opportunities that contribute to what we do not know about entrepreneurship in the Global South. From a gender perspective, we show that with the use of these technologies, the female entrepreneurs in these islands are seeing and doing things differently towards their Sustainability, Hope, Empowerment, Resilience and Optimism (SHERO).
