What is it about?
Improving university management is critical to enhancing educational quality. This requires recognising universities as knowledge-based organisations, where knowledge is an intangible asset typically measured and managed through intellectual capital models. This study contributes to understanding university management by identifying key management activities through a case study of three Colombian universities framed within the intellectual capital approach.
