What is it about?

The leadership role nurturing and retention of talent is undeniable; however, it has been observed in day-to-day life, that several talented individuals, because of autocratic/narcissist line managers have suffered, mentally. It is high time for the organizations to realize the importance of type of leadership they are investing in. Are they competent enough to report by talented individuals, or are they insecure that’s why they exhibit bullying? This research explores the extremist attitude of such line managership/ leadership who feel insecure in company of talented individuals. In this research work, and a detailed discussion has been done elaborating the need for nurturing democratic and transformational leadership and its wider effect on the growth of diversity, in the organization. One more finding is that leadership should be responsible and accountable to have good team performance and overall organizational profits. The Diversity and empathy skill should be started at school levels, to have excellent leadership in future time.
