Why is it important?

the paper evaluates the indirect impact of transformational leadership on relational identification and satisfaction with leader through positive LMX. It is based on social exchange theory, wherein leader helps to develop good relations with subordinates, which in turn increase the level of subordinate's level of satisfaction with leader and he/she likes to be identified with his leader. Understanding of this equation can help the organisations to train their leaders on transformational leadership guidelines to yield positive employee related results, which ultimately help to gain organisational performance.
