Entrepreneurship education in the United Arab Emirates: evaluating institutional resources and contextual challenges through an extended resource-based framework

What is it about?

Most research using the Resource-Based View (RBV) looks at how businesses use their resources to stay ahead of competitors. However, not much attention has been given to the problems organisations face in getting and managing those resources. This study focuses on that missing piece by looking at the challenges universities in the UAE face when trying to support entrepreneurship education.
