What is it about?
Entrepreneurial inspiration is caused by triggers that are very personal and is therefore difficult to predict. Our study shows that receptiveness to inspiration does make this emotion more likely to come up. We also demonstrate that entrepreneurial inspiration only increases entrepreneurial intentions of inexperienced students. Experienced individuals do derive more inspiration from their course, but likely use that inspiration to other ends, such as better opportunity recognition.
