What is it about?
This research draws from Malaysian flooding experiences and provides minute insights to people and policy makers facing urban flooding all around the world. It documents the flooding that brings human risks, place vulnerability and rescue difficulties. It exposes the residents' and institutions's ability to anticipate, manage, adapt and respond to flood disasters, and draws insights for flood resilience.
