Why is it important?
The research explores the relationship between individuals and broader social, cultural and economic factors influencing deveopment. It argues that the multitude of decisions and actions taken in the slow process of recovery are far removed from the post fire objectives of building better, smarter and more resilient homes.
Perspectives
The findings were unexpected in that agency for many was difficult to attribute to the designer , client relationship.
