What is it about?

In this article, we described how textual analyses can be used as a lens through which to provide a cross-cultural assessment. The examples we featured are how clearly people are willing to discuss their views on businesses when some identity is shown, how elaborately emotions are expressed, and how evenly emotions are attached to key product aspects. Many research opportunities await by using multilingual text analysis tools if human evaluators double-check the results.
