What is it about?

The rising instances of life-threatening service breakdowns shouts for the development for effective service breakdown prevention programs. This study reviews specific cases of service breakdowns in five categories ranging from minor breakdowns that usually go unnoticed by service providers to death of the service recipient. The study describes concepts, tools, and procedures for achieving creating effective service breakdown prevention (SBP). The authors propose that an once of SBP is worth a ton of service breakdown recovery.
