Adequacy of defects liability periods for public construction projects in Ghana

What is it about?

The existing practice of defects liability period in the construction industry in Ghana and other developing countries have not cured the phenomenon of having early defects in construction products after completion. We propose adequate defects liability periods for adoption to improve construction products’ durability.
