What is it about?

This study contributes to existing literature on trust by developing a conceptual model linking the banking system level and the level of the individual bank to predict customers' trust. Moreover, the study differentiates itself from previous research concerning trust by using mixed methods to analyze trust from customers' perspectives vis-à-vis bankers. These qualitative study findings contribute to existing literature by offering new research from the perspective of service providers, viz., the bankers.
