Enhanced movie reservation system – a hybrid approach using knowledge graphs and generative AI

What is it about?

The domain-specific context of reservation systems for movies provides an opportunity to explore master data management and semantic interoperability. Applying current advances given by Knowledge Graphs and GenAI in a reservation system could improve both user experience/satisfaction and business profitability. Such technologies enable a seamless integration of various knowledge sources which allow informed decisions. The data landscape comprises not only business-owned information but also public information in structured and unstructured format. This paper presents a project-specific proof-of-concept that integrates Knowledge Graphs and large language model services to enhance movie reservations.
