What is it about?

Financial education at workplace has gained a lot of traction in the recent past. We collate the suggestions and present a process model employers can use to design and deliver an effective program for their women employees. We also list various problems that can occur at the employer's and the employee's end at each stage of the program which can be used as a guide while initiating such a program.
