Why is it important?
This study is important as we have to understand the factors that have significant impact on trainee motivation in learning with the goals to improve performance standards.
Perspectives
I hope this study could inspire more researchers to focus on a more hollistic trainee motivation, that is motivation to improve work through learning (MTIWL). This higher order construct of motivation is more aligned with trainee motivation in real settings.
