Enhancing your training skills

What is it about?

What do you think it takes to be able to instruct a driver whom you do not know, to drive a high performance sports car at speeds of over 100mph, whilst you remain relaxed? This article unpicks how instructors do this, and then applies those skills, behaviours, and mindset to the world of training so that you can improve your effectiveness in delivering a training session, whilst remaining relaxed.

Why is it important?

This article is unique in selecting a comparison between the the two environments of motor sport and training. It uses modelling, a technique from Neuro-Linguistic Programming, as the process to collect the information.
