Why is it important?

People face many challenges in their professional and personal lives. Applying a positive team coaching approach provides leaders at every level an opportunity to for higher engagement, participation, impact, and sustainable results.

Perspectives

Working together is so important in both our professional and personal lives. My colleague, Kaj Hellbom, and I have been studying the impact of positive team coaching for quite a few years and continue our work today in many different types of organizations. My focus is in healthcare and creating positive change for patients and providers. A team-based approach to care is quite different from the traditional medical model (in the United States). This is a change that is evolving, and I am committed to continuing to strengthen teams and leading this process with providers and organizations worldwide.
