What is it about?

This study looked at how well engineering students perform in key soft skills such as communication, decision-making, and leadership. By using real-world scenarios, we were able to see which skills students are strong in and which need more support. These insights will guide future course design and integration with project-based learning, ensuring students are better prepared for workplace demands.
