What is it about?

Staff who work in support services for individuals experiencing homelessness do demanding work which is often highly stressful. In interviews and a focus group with staff working in one project supporting long term rough sleepers we noted that staff found this work stressful but rewarding. The degree of flexibility allowed by the job role and the freedom to work with people long term led to high levels of job satisfaction.
