The adoption and institutionalization of governmental foresight practices in Singapore

What is it about?

We explain that the practice of foresight in the Singapore government came about thanks to entrepreneurs in the public service, who used their network and expertise to launch and develop foresight in the public sector. The confidential connotation of foresight as a governmental activity might explain why it has not become widespread in the local private sector, nor well researched in local academia.
