What is it about?
Our research explores how shared learning spaces impact student connections in hybrid learning environments. In these settings, students learn both in-person and online. We found that using virtual design tools positively correlates with student engagement. However, challenges like limited space and technology gaps can hinder the potential of shared learning spaces. Our study recommends adaptable designs and strategic planning to enhance social connectedness. These insights can guide future improvements in Facility Management practices.
