What is it about?
Challenged by the effects of organisational flexibility and high corporate real estate costs, organisations increasingly seek flexibility and operational efficiency in their office spaces and layouts. The objective of our paper is to examine how the existing organisational culture of organisations changed with the introduction of Activity Based Working (ABW) office layouts from the employees’ perspectives.
