What is it about?
To effectively engage in entrepreneurship education and training within a resource-constrained sub-Saharan African context, entrepreneurship educators must acknowledge the significance of local cultural systems, social norms, and values, as these elements are deeply embedded in the fabric of many African societies. Integrating these factors into entrepreneurship education and training aimed at developing soft, technical, and entrepreneurial skills for nascent entrepreneurs is essential not only for their readiness but also for the development and sustainability of their ventures within this unique and diverse entrepreneurial environment.
