What is it about?
Given the prevalence and severity of alleged discrimination against transgender employees in the US, this study was the first to examine the case outcomes of transgender plaintiffs in employment discrimination cases. Findings suggest that demographic and political characteristics of federal judges may effect the outcomes of such cases.
