Why is it important?

There are very few papers published that review the impact of e-working and this paper supplies information for invidiuals, managers and organisations on how to address these issues.

Perspectives

This reserach is a pre-cursor to devleoping a measure of e-work life that relates to eight dimensions, including e-workign effectivness, e-well-being and trust. It aids acadmic, HR Professionals and practitioners to develop an understanding of the issues as provided by exemplar e-workers.
