What is it about?
Employees judge organisations not just by what they say, but by what they do. Our study finds widespread perceptions that HR policies are not always matched by everyday practice, and that how leaders behave, who an organisation recruits and who they promote play a critical role in shaping whether employees believe organisational values are genuine.
