Why is it important?

The paper is usefull for Europeam companies to understand more the culture prevailing in South Mediterranean Countries and Middle East, i.e. two main target market of European firms. Increasing the knowledge about different culture is a crucial step to establish profitable relationsips, and reduce the risks of cultural collisions.

Perspectives

I Think that South Mediterranean Countries and Middle East will have an increasing role in the internationalization choices of European firms, and that a deep cultural undesrtanding is the basis to acoid conflicts both at the business and social level. By exploring cultural bridges, the paper gives some simple and interesting suggestions on mechanisms able to redue the percpetion, and consequently the effects, of cultural differences.
