Why is it important?

Appraisals have shifted from developmental to performance-oriented and this threatens sustainable organizational performance.

Perspectives

I am interested in Perfomance Management, Leadership and Organizational Cultures. We need to understand the realities of human behaviour and treat people the way they are to enable us to help them become both productive and satisfied. Organizations and people are able to share similar goals if they are clearly defined and the process is seen to be fair.
