What is it about?

Employees with high career competencies are more successful in career adaptability. This study found a positive relationship between career competencies and career adaptability among early-career employees. Interestingly, proactive personality moderates the relationship between career competencies and career adaptability; it is stronger when early-career employees’ proactive personality is low.
