What is it about?
The Co-Creation-Wheel is a helpful and practical, easy to use model for innovative teams,for organisations and for innovative leaders. It can be used in an innovation and co-creation project as guideline at the start, as evaluation tool, or as scan to find mechanisms, that stimulate or hinder the process of innovation.

Why is it important?
The Co-Creation-Wheel proves internationally to open innovators eyes in practise, how to improve their co-creation. It is the first instrument that is build on more year multi-dimensional participative research in more than 20 project groups. It shows the four leading dimensions of innovation, with 12 successfactors, and does not forget the influence of the environment.
Perspectives
We are happy to see that this instrument proves to be so useful in innovation practises. This was indeed our goal: to design an instrument for the practitioners, and it succeeded!
