What is it about?

CVP analysis is a managerial tool showing the relationship between various components of profit planning viz, cost, selling price and volume of activity. As the name suggests, cost volume profit (CVP) analysis of three variables cost, volume and profit. Such an analysis examines the connection between costs, revenue activity levels and the causing profit. It strives at measuring variations in cost and volume. The main purpose of the case is to demonstrate the application of CVP analysis to the real-life challenges that a restaurant business faces in Bengaluru.
