What is it about?

Many men have the potential to be allies in the workplace, but personality likely matters for which allyship behaviors come naturally. Contrary to popular beliefs that allies are brave and extraverted, our study shows that men who are open to new experiences and agreeable rate the widest repertoire of allyship behaviors as fitting well with who they are.
