What is it about?
In the MENA region, cultural traditions and male-dominated workplaces often limit women’s leadership, especially in fields like pharmaceuticals. This study is the first of its kind to explore how women leaders in MENA navigate these unique cultural and institutional barriers, using personal networks, shifting norms, and growing policy support to succeed.
