What is it about?
Our study explores how women of color in corporate leadership roles face challenges, from initial acceptance to later alienation. Interviewing 71 leaders across four racial groups, we found varying experiences of tokenism, isolation, and underrecognition. These insights can help organizations better support diverse leadership.
