What is it about?

Backlash to movements for social progress can exert influence -- through a variety of avenues -- on organizations to alter their communications and/or practices regarding their commitments to social issues. With specific attention to DEI programming, we explore how DEI backlash can shift the extent to which organizations are aligned in "what they say" and "what they do."
