Effective leadership styles to boost employees’ work outcomes during COVID-19 pandemic: perspective of facilities management professionals

What is it about?

During the COVID-19 pandemic, supervisors could use several leadership styles to lead facilities management professionals (FMPs). We tested 3 styles and found that all 3 (transactional contingent rewards, disaster management and transformational leadership) are needed to boost FMPs work outcomes during the pandemic.
