What is it about?

This study focuses on the factors that influence real estate investment decisions of home buyers in India. The study surveyed three hundred home buyers in four Indian cities and used statistical analysis to identify four key factors that affect real estate investment decisions: Confident Value Perception, Innovative Investment Appeal, Trusted Property Transactions, and Effortless Property Engagement. The study found that Confident Value Perception and Innovative Investment Appeal were the most significant factors. The results of this study can be used by real estate developers in India to make more informed decisions about their investments and provide better services to their customers. The study also highlights the importance of technology in the real estate industry and how it can be used to enhance the customer experience and build trust.
