This study examines how institutional pressures, organizational capacity and lifecycle cost orientation shape the adoption of sustainable construction practices. This study examines how institutional pressures, organizational capacity, and lifecycle cost orientation shape the adoption of sustainable construction practices in Nigeria. Using Relative Importance Index analysis of survey data, it identifies gaps between practices perceived as effective and those actually implemented. The findings offer guidance for narrowing this gap in developing-economy construction sectors.
