Why is it important?

The study attempts to show that conflict may influence international projects' performance. Conflict in this context is inevitable, where project team is a mixture of people from different ethics, cultures, and points of views. This study classified conflict into 6 types (e.g. social, internal, knowledge-related,...etc.) and studied the influence of each on project performance. This provides a chance to focus on specific aspects of conflict and manage them to attain better project performance.
