Identifying the Contractor’s core competencies in post-COVID-19 scenario: developing a survey instrument

What is it about?

Covid has impacted the productivity of every industry and construction sector is one of the worst affected. Therefore there is a need to change the criteria for selecting the contractors and for that purpose it vital to identify new competencies that make contractors resilient to impact of pandemic. In this study we have tried to identify some of the competencies that demonstrates a contractor's resilience against the impacts of COVID 19 pandemic.
