What is it about?

Disasters rarely add up neatly. Small shocks can combine or cancel out because communities, infrastructure and ecosystems are tightly connected. Our approach borrows simple ideas from quantum physics as analogies to explain why order, context and combinations matter, turning complexity into clear guidance for planning, coordination, buffers and early warnings.
